"I had a lovely experience at Hayes Valley Surgery Center! Qui was AWESOME at his job. He made me feel really comfortable and explained things in depth. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He was with me every step of the way with my concerns about nausea and he was very compassionate. You can see that he truly cares about his patients. The anesthesiologist - Vince was great too! He answered all of my questions about anesthetic protocol and was also very knowledgeable. There was another nurse when I woke up but I failed to catch her name. Thank you everyone for making a scary experience not so scary!"
I had a wonderful experience at Hayes Valley Surgery Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The front desk team made check-in smooth and stress-free, and the nursing staff took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable before my procedure. The surgeons and medical staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. The facility itself is clean, organized, and very well run.

"Great experience with competent and caring staff. My nurses Qui, Epsie, and Michael were so kind, caring, and compassionate. I felt safe and cared for throughout the whole process. Qui provided excellent patient teaching, and a thorough follow up call/post op assessment. I too am a peri operative RN , and the quality of care I received was impeccable. I highly recommend."
